Qohash is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and support the company through its next phase of growth and institutional financing.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and join the executive team as a key decision-maker. This role combines strategic financial leadership, investor readiness, and the mandate to build and scale an internal finance function.
Today, our core financial operations are currently outsourced to a professional finance services provider. We’re now insourcing the function, and the CFO will lead that transition. You’ll define what gets built in-house, what remains external, and how to structure the team and systems for scale.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a leader who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments and is ready to architect the financial engine of a fast-scaling company.
Success indicators: Forecast accuracy, clarity of reporting, quality of strategic input.
Success indicators: Readiness for financing, clarity of board communications, quality of investor-facing materials, successful close of the financing round.
