Strategic Channel Account Manager, (US) Cyber

We are looking for an outcomes-oriented, highly collaborative Strategic Channel Account Manager with an ambitious spirit to help us take on a massive market opportunity and achieve significant revenue targets.
The Strategic Channel Account Manager relies on modern real-world data security insights to establish, build and nurture relationships with Qohash’s partner ecosystem.

What you will do

The Strategic Channel Account Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth of Qohash through partners by hunting for opportunities and enabling partners to sell our innovative solutions. By diligently following the Partner Onboarding and Enablement process and articulating the value of our products, the Channel Account Manager is responsible for nurturing relationships with both customers and channel partners.

As a Channel Account Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Be our partners’ most prominent advocate and primary point of contact. Initiate, foster, and improve relationships while helping to maintain Qohash's positive reputation
  • Develop and maintain a meticulous plan to identify partner opportunities and create a clear path to achieve and exceed the Partner-sourced Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) quota.
  • Cultivate close relationships with channel partners and potential clients, leveraging these connections to unlock sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Navigate large, complex sales cycles and smaller, faster deals with equal proficiency, adapting strategies to secure success.
  • As the primary project lead for issue resolution, from identification to completion, ensures that partner expectations are managed and comply with all contractual obligations 
  • Ensure partners have a transparent roadmap to comprehend the evolving solution that they will be marketing and selling to customers, maintaining a clear trajectory toward success.
  • Work harmoniously with other departments, especially with the VP of Global Channels and Alliances, Sales team, and the Product team to ensure a unified approach to delivering value.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our team,  products, and services

What your resume shows

Must Haves

  • Minimum of 6 years in channel sales, preferably in the cybersecurity, data security, or related field.
  • Strong domain expertise (at least 3 years)  of cybersecurity and cybersecurity operations within regulated organizations, such as Banking, Finserv, Hi-Tech, Healthcare, Public Sector.
  • Maintain the CRM (Hubspot), ensuring that every interaction is recorded accurately.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with partners that fit the Qohash partner profile, which helps to accelerate Qohash’s overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Capability of working closely with internal Sales, Leadership, Engineering and Operations teams  and the external market to grow our ARR revenue.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skill in identifying and pursuing partner leads that align with Qohash's ideal partner profile.
  • You are located on the east coast of the US

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with Data Security, Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), firewalls, SIEM, EDRs, and other related technologies.
  • Familiarity with sales processes such as MEDDIC
  • Bilingual in English and French
