Strategic Account Executive, Northeast US, Cyber

Qohash is a cybersecurity provider, modernizing industry practices around the detection and protection of enterprise-sensitive information. Through our Qostodian platform, we introduce a groundbreaking approach to data security. As a leader in Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), we specialize in tracking specific data elements at scale. Our platform feeds real insights into our customers’ risk strategy, providing compliance, vulnerability reduction, and breach protection across some of the world’s largest and most sensitive enterprises.

Who you are

We are looking for an outcomes-oriented, highly collaborative Strategic Account Executive with an ambitious spirit to help us take on a massive market opportunity and achieve significant revenue targets.
The Strategic Account Executive relies on modern real-world data security insights to establish, build and nurture relationships with C-Suite decision makers.
This is not your standard tactical role selling a piece of software. You will be a member of a close-knit, cross functional team that is responsible for owning and driving the go-to-market strategy for your territory, and leading the sales cycle. We are paving the way to not only change the way our customers protect their data, but transform the way they approach enterprise-data risk.
In this role, you will be challenged as a salesperson to grow personally and professionally: The majority of leaders in our organization come through internal promotions, and you’ll be surrounded by some of the most thoughtful people in the world who will push you and support you to do the best work of your career.

What you will do

The Strategic Account Executive plays a critical role in driving the growth of Qohash by hunting for opportunities and selling our innovative solutions through direct and channel sales.

As a Strategic Account Executive, you can expect to:

  • Work toward exceeding your ramped annual sales quota and create a pipeline that will propel the growth of your business in the following year.
  • Perform quota planning and mapping to identify accounts that create a path to quota achievement and develop a clear plan of action to generate these accounts in a timely manner.
  • Accurately forecast your current pipeline to aid in strategic planning and alignment with business goals.
  • Diligently follow the Qohash 12-step sales process, actively seeking opportunities and articulating the value of our products to customers.
  • Perform lead prospecting efforts based on the top-down list of accounts that fit Qohash's ideal customer profile.
  • Develop close relationships with channel partners to access qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct solution demos using the science-backed "Demo to Win" methodology, as part of the sales process.
  • Maintain the CRM (Hubspot), ensuring that every interaction is recorded accurately.
  • Engage in continuous improvement processes and training sessions to help the sales team learn from mistakes and benefit from learning from the field.
