– Own the design and execution of training curriculum and tools to ensure the effectiveness and proper change management of our internal teams and our partners in all spheres of the business
– Assess, monitor and optimize the internal communication process to maximize the flow of valuable information
– Lead strategic business reviews and centre of excellence meetings that are relevant and impactful to our team’s and partner’s standardized level of knowledge
– Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our team, products and services
– Partner with other Qohash personnel and partners, including executive leadership, sales, support, product development and marketing, to meet Qohash’s performance objectives and customer outcome expectations
