Senior Director/Director of Product Marketing

As the Product Marketing Director/Sr. Director, your mission is to craft our product narrative and go-to-market strategy for the next big chapter in Qohash’s growth. You will work closely with our Product and Sales team to take the revenue and adoption of our product to the next level.

As the Product Marketing Director/Sr. Director, your mission is to craft our product narrative and go-to-market strategy for the next big chapter in Qohash’s growth. You will work closely with our Product and Sales team to take the revenue and adoption of our product to the next level.

Responsibilities

Positioning and Messaging

  • Develop ICP [Ideal Customer Profile] for both Recon and Prime, capturing the attributes of Qohash’s best-fit customers 
  • Develop product messaging and positioning that is resonant to our users and economic buyers for both products
  • Develop and launch differentiated naming (as needed), pricing, and packaging strategy
  • Deeply understand customer needs through consistent interactions; develop and maintain buyer personas through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
  • Research and “secret shop” competitor offerings; develop sales battlecards with talking points for selling against competitors

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Work cross-functionally to craft smart go-to-market strategies that reach the buyer with the right offering and value
  • Pair with the Demand Generation Team to come up with guerilla marketing ideas to create market-moving moments
  • Own the relationship with analysts, clearly articulating product value

User Adoption

  • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products via interviews or software, as needed
  • Drive customer lifecycle marketing and in-app messaging 
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to communicate features and benefits to customers
  • Drive product launches, working with the product team

Sales Enablement

  • Work with sales to 
    • enable them to deliver a great product pitch, demo, and customer stories
    • Drive deals through the funnel, understanding and helping to correct drop off points
  • Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts to drive leads

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing strategy and leadership experience
  • Passion for startups and building things from the ground up
  • Master in the art of positioning and craft of messaging
  • Creative approach to everything
  • Proven experience in a highly technical field
  • Unparalleled communication skills
  • Unabiding love of data analysis
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
  • Track record working in a fully remote environment, with an ability to iterate quickly
