The Technical Challenges

As the new recruiter, you have excellent interpersonal skills. You’re self-sufficient with the ability to organize and to prioritize your responsibilities. You’re sharp when it comes to matching the needs of the company with the right profiles. You keep up-to-date with best practices, trends, and headhunting tools as you search for new talent.

Responsibilities

Recruitment

Identify Qohash’s current and future hiring needs and develop attractive job descriptions
Write innovative and out of the box messages for sourcing qualified candidates
Deploy best practices for recruitment
Participate in the development of a long term strategy to attract the best candidates through networks, social media, job postings, universities, etc.,




Applicant Selection

Conduct thorough first contact interviews
Build a comprehensive candidate pipeline
Present qualified candidates to managers

Continuous Improvement

Help create an innovative employer branding program and effectively promote it
Implement and continuously improve our recruitment strategy to help us grow as a startup
Stay on top of recruiting trends and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelors’ degree in a related field or domain

2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment

A passion for recruitment (recruiting isn’t easy!)

The ability to conduct different types of interviews

The ability to design and implement modern recruiting strategies

Unparalleled communication skills

Good interpersonal skills

Good decision-making skills

Track record working in a fully remote environment, with an ability to iterate quickly
